—Reliable Development Bank Limited is established after completion of merger process with Reliable Finance Limited, SubhaLaxmi Finance Limited and Nepal Consumer Development Bank Limited. The bank is commencing its integrated operation since 3 Baisakh 2071 (16 April 2014).

—Reliable Development Bank Limited is established with the combination of joint history among 3 companies, wheareas Reliable finance Limited was established since 2006 haviing its capital of 35 mio with 42 promoters and 8 branches. It’s head office was situated at Bagdurbar, Sundhara, Kathamndu.

—SubhaLaxmi was a national level finance company of 200 mio capital with 39 promotors and 3 branch outlets. Head office of SFL was at Naxal, Kathmandu.

—Similarly Nepal Consumer Development Bank Limited was licensed as a regional (10 districts) level development bank whose capital stood at 200 mio with 4 branch outlets and 85 promotors. Head office in the name of NCDB was at Pokhara, Kaski.

—After completion of merger of 3 companies, we are now standing as a National Level Development Bank and serving our products and services at your end.
